TidalFlow
Co-founding an LLMOps platform and raising $1.7M from Google Gradient
The Problem
As LLMs moved from research to production, businesses lacked tooling to manage the full lifecycle: from prompt engineering and testing through deployment and monitoring. There was no unified platform for teams to reliably build, iterate on, and operate LLM-powered applications.
The Approach
Co-founded TidalFlow and defined the technical vision for an end-to-end LLM lifecycle management platform. Led development from zero to production, building tools for LLM app creation, A/B testing, deployment, and performance monitoring. Drove the fundraising process, securing seed capital from Google's Gradient Ventures and Dig Ventures.
