Small teams can't manually monitor every customer across analytics and CRM systems. Critical signals like churn risks, stalled onboarding, and expansion opportunities go unnoticed until it's too late. Companies needed automated intelligence to know when customers need attention and why.
The Approach
Helped design and build the full technical stack for Klime, a customer intelligence platform. Implemented automated monitoring across analytics and CRM data sources to detect signals like declining activity, growth spurts, feature adoption gaps, and team changes. Built contextual insight generation explaining why each customer needs attention, paired with one-click outreach via Slack and email integrations.
